Mission Statement

Sankirtana corporation was founded and incorporated in New York state on  February 07,
1997 as non sectarian, non profit organization. We don’t represent any particular Guru, sect,
sampradaya or flavor of Hinduism. We don’t discriminate against any designation of race,
cast, religion, nationality, social status. We promote principal of Unity in Diversity among
mankind.Sankirtana Corporation was founded to promote Universal Principals of Tolerance,
Non Violence, Non Condemnation and Human development through returning everything to
root cause and Glorification of Transcendental Names of God as it was taught by Sri
Chaitanya who revived this method of Self Realization – Yuga Dharma - for the modern age.
All problems of this world can be solved through principals outlined by Sri Chaytanya.
We can’t solve Terrorism through Governments military interventions. That will only create more violence and
global terrorism. We can’t overcome inferiority by condemnation. Quarrel will only bring greater sense of
False Pride, Prestige and more inferiority and never ending “Better than” syndrome.
Real solution to all problems of this world is tracing them to their root cause and in this way returning everything
to the Source. All work should be performed as a selfless dedication to a higher Cause, thus glorifying the
Supreme through our deeds. In such a way we can achieve harmony, peace prosperity and realize the
Ultimate cause of all causes – God himself. And in such state of mind we can constantly glorify Transcendental
Names of the Divine.

 As Bhaktivinod Thakur acknowledges in his novel “Jaiva Dharma” - “On the highest Spiritual
plane secondary spiritual practices are even greater then primary”. That depicts the nature of
Absolute Truth that is always in transcendence of itself beyond paradox. In simpler language:
After Krishna conception is well established as a predominant spiritual perspective and all
other spiritual practices, paths and traditions as supportive, then they become inseparable
and even more valuable then Krishna doctrine itself as long as they maintain such connection
and bring souls to Godhead. That thought expresses the very mood and Universal spirit of
Sri Chaitanya himself as Chaitanya literally translates as Life Force. The Life Force that
underlines all visible Life. And Life comes from Life source itself.So Sri Chaitanya is the
embodiment of Grand Unification, grand corporate merger and the greatest all inclusive
principal and incorporator of all. Sri Krishna on the other hand– is greatest exclusive aspect. And the Key
entrance in the Kingdom of Krishna is through the land of Universal Love - Sri Chaitanya.So all that Mayavada
and Buddhist philosophies are poisons only in their disconnected state. After they become properly connected
within Krishna conception they become extremely beneficial and all important. Same can be said about all other
doctrines and practices without exception including all types of deviations, imitations and mixed sentiments. In
connection with Krishna – everything turns into pure bliss – period.That explains the name and the preaching
spirit of Sankirtana Corporation and sets its goals.

 To bring people of different cultural and traditional backgrounds to Universal understanding of Transcendental
Devotional Service to Absolute Truth - Sri Krishna in the Spirit of Sri Chaitanya. Once the person realizes the
fact that Chaitanya’s Achintya doctrine effectively incorporates and absorbs all other doctrines and points of
views, then practice comes naturally as the next logical step.

We live in times when Yoga became mainstream and most Sacred mantras are chanted by nearly everyone,
spiritual literature is being already translated, commented and distributed on a record scale. However mere
information is not enough. As a matter of fact there is a flood of unprocessed information everyone is being
overwhelmed with in this information age. What is needed nowadays is a vital practice applied to personal
needs and meaningful association that helps connecting all the dots. Only the right combination of practice
and true knowledge will turn on higher abilities in man and awaken higher consciousness. We at Sankirtana
Corporation are committed to answer that call.

QUALIFICATION RECOGNITION PROGRAM

In conversation between Advaita Achariya
and Sri Chaitanya, Advaita once noticed
that none of Chaitanya’s followers are really
qualified. And in response Chaitanya
suggested to put some to the test by
ordering them to organize devotional
festivities. And to everyone’s surprise
they did everything correctly. In this
way simply by actively participating in
Sri Chaitanya’s Sankirtana movement
one quickly develops all transcendental
qualifications.

our members to actively participate in
Sri Chaitanya’s Sankirtana movement and
grant Membership Certificates in recognition
of their qualifications.
